TR With the amendment made to the Customs Procedures Facilitation Regulation on June 25, 2018, the format of the Annual Activity Report, which should be prepared and submitted to the Ministry, has been published within the scope of AEO. You can access the relevant regulation here.
With the Annual Activity Report, an annual inspection of the customs operations should be carried out and must be submitted to the Regional Directorate of Customs and Trade.
At the end of each 12-month period after the certificate issuance, whether the customs procedures carried out within the scope of the certificate are duly carried out inspected until the end of the 3rd month following the date corresponding to the end of these periods and as a result of this inspection, Annual Activity Reports in Annex-22/A or Annex-22/B of the Customs Procedures Facilitation Regulation are prepared accordingly.
The prepared annual report will be sent to your company within 5 business days following the date of preparation. Your company will examine it within 10 business days and the activity report will be sent to us within 5 business days following the end of this period. If your company has any objections, this should be stated in the relevant part of this report and in case there are no objections, it is declared that all the issues stated in the report are accepted by your company. After receiving the report, the activity report is sent to the Regional Directorate, which issued the certificate, within 5 business days.
